Check out this edition of the vlog where we show you how we spent Thanksgiving Day 2020 during COVID-19. We show you some of the fun Thanksgiving recipes we cooked for 2 people and share some of the things we are most thankful for.
Because of how bad COVID-19 cases have gotten in the US, Rachel and I made the decision to stay in our apartment in Boston instead of traveling home to Minnesota to see our families. While it was a really hard decision to spend Thanksgiving away from our loved ones, we knew that this year it was simply the smarter choice because of the risk of getting someone in our family sick.
After we decided we were staying, though, we were DETERMINED to make this Thanksgiving as good as it could possibly be. We scoured the internet for fun Thanksgiving recipes for 2 and came up with a delicious looking menu. Check out the video to see how all of the food turned out!
