China holds a special place in both of our hearts. For Ben, it is the place where he traveled to with his family when he was six to pick up his little sister, Olivia, from an adoption center. For Rachel, it is the place where she spent a year of her life teaching English at a university in Chongqing. It is a vast country that is more diverse than many Westerners would ever think. While not necessarily diverse in race, China has a huge diversity in culture, in cuisine, in climate, and even in language in the various parts of its country.
